Art and Design Connection provides experienced and professional design and build services such as; project management, conversions, extensions, excavation, interior design, planning and architectural consultancy and total refurbishment for residential and commercial projects. With more than 40 years of experience in the field of construction, architectural, interior design and fine art.

We are capable of under taking any small to medium size project which we can execute from concept to completion and trained to work under pressure to meet any dead-lines. We know how to add value to projects using our creative design and practical experience in a cost effective manner.

We can prepare full presentational package, model making, artist impression and can cover all the stages of RIBA plan of work: feasibility, pre-construction period, construction period, completion and after practical completion.

Our clients range from developers, investors to owner occupiers so we understand the different goals of each client. However the underlying principles remain the same for all which are; creating value, effective but not quality comprising cost control, comprehensive time and project management, transparent communication and ultimately a desired outcome within the time and cost constraints.

The practice was founded by Mr Farhad Soltanie in 1986. Farhad studied at Goldsmith's University of London, obtained his diploma in Art and Design and BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art and his Post Graduate Diploma in Art and Design and 3D. In 1986 Farhad obtained his M.Phil in history of Art and Architecture and spent a further year for his PhD. In the mid-90's Farhad studied MA in advanced Architecture and his works validated as part I and Part II by RIBA Royal Institute of British Architect and later in early 2000 studied his Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Practice in Architecture specializing in Law, Project Management, Procurements and Contract (Part III RIBA).
